At BatEye, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Warranty & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

• Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
• Must be returned in original packaging with all accessories
• Return request should be raised within 2 days of delivery
• Product should not show signs of damage, installation, or misuse

2. Non-Returnable Products

• Products damaged due to improper installation or handling
• Customized / special order products
• Clearance / discounted items (if marked as non-returnable)
• Electrical items damaged by voltage issues

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos and unboxing video for verification
• After verification, replacement or exchange will be processed

4. Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage depends on the product category:

• LED Headlights & Lighting Products: Limited warranty (as mentioned on product page)
• Interior & Exterior Accessories: Manufacturing defects only
• Warranty does not cover physical damage or wear and tear

5. Refund Mode

Approved refunds may be processed as:

• Replacement Product
• Store Credit / Coupon
• Bank Refund (as per company policy)

Processing time: 7–10 working days after inspection.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Order cancellation is allowed before dispatch only
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

• We recommend professional installation for electrical products
• Damage caused due to improper installation is not covered under warranty
